Powerhouse Capital Advisors LLC ("Powerhouse Capital Advisors," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our web application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), and describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.
We collect the following categories of information:
a. Account Information. When you register for an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), phone number, and any other details you provide during sign-up or in your user profile.
b. Payment and Billing Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we (or our third-party payment processor) collect billing information, including payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers; payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor.
c. Location Information. We may collect approximate or precise location data (such as IP-based geolocation or device-provided location, where you grant permission) to provide location-relevant features, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
d. User-Generated Content. We collect and store content you create, upload, or submit through the Service, such as documents, notes, messages, files, and other materials you choose to share within the platform.
e. Usage and Technical Data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps, generally through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
f. Communications. If you contact us for support or other purposes, we retain records of that correspondence.
g. Accounting and Financial Data from QuickBooks Online. If you connect the Service to your QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's Application Programming Interface (API), we access the categories of accounting data you authorize during that connection — for example, company profile information, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, and transactions — solely to provide the connected features of the Service you have enabled. See Section 4 for more detail on how we handle this data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or use QuickBooks Online data for advertising or any purpose other than providing the connected features of the Service you have enabled. We may share information in the following circumstances:
a. Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, and communications, subject to confidentiality obligations.
b. Legal and Regulatory Disclosures. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or request from a regulatory or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
c. Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
d. With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
e. Affiliates. We may share information with our corporate affiliates for internal business purposes consistent with this Policy.
Note: Powerhouse Capital Advisors is a business operations and financial-outlook consulting firm, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or other regulated financial institution, and we are not registered (nor required to register) with the SEC or any state securities regulator. Financial-institution-specific privacy regimes such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation S-P are not expected to apply to the Service on that basis.
If you choose to connect the Service to your QuickBooks Online account, you will be redirected to Intuit's own platform to authorize that connection (an "OAuth" connection). Intuit, Inc. ("Intuit") is a separate company from Powerhouse Capital Advisors and controls that authorization screen; Intuit's own collection and use of your information is governed by Intuit's Privacy Statement, not this Policy.
Once you authorize the connection, we access only the categories of QuickBooks Online data described in Section 1(g), and only for as long as the connection remains active and only to provide the features of the Service you have enabled.
You may disconnect the Service from your QuickBooks Online account at any time, either within the Service or through the connected-apps settings in your Intuit account. When you disconnect, [describe your actual data-handling practice here — for example, "we delete the QuickBooks data associated with your account within [X] days of disconnection" — confirm the exact timeframe and process with your engineering team and counsel before publishing], except where we are required to retain information to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements as described in Section 6.

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, understand how the Service is used, and support security features. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Service.
We retain personal information, including QuickBooks Online data accessed under Section 4, for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including applicable financial recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including payment, account, and QuickBooks data — from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encrypting data in transit and at rest and limiting internal access to personnel and systems that need it to operate the Service. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
The Service is intended for use within the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
